As we take a moment to reflect on the achievements of our first successful year of providing continuous validation services for the Reef network, we have made the decision to increase the commission rate for the Reef-Underground #3 validator from the current 5% to 10%. This change will take effect on November 1, 2025.
This decision comes after an in-depth analysis of our investment performance. During our evaluation, we closely examined the financial returns generated by our validation services, focusing on key metrics such as profitability and return on investment (ROI). We also took into account the various operational costs associated with running our services, including server maintenance, monitoring expenses, and other related operational costs that contribute to the overall efficiency of our network.
